Package fasder for easier and wider usage #24

It would be great to work on packaging fasder for:

  • Debian Linux (in their repos)
  • Ubuntu Linux (in their repos, or a PPA)
  • Arch Linux (probably in the AUR initially)
  • Windows?

It would also be good to add:

  • Instructions in README on installing using go tools (i.e. go build etc.) for platforms not yet supported

Would be happy to work on some of these if you'd be interested.

I can do the readme easily, but will take some research for the packaging.

I can probably use something like https://goreleaser.com/ to facilitate this.
