Describe the bug
In 3.18.2, the Used CSS button in Quick Actions is missing.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Updated to 3.18.2
  2. Make sure the Remove Unused CSS option is enabled
  3. Go to WP Rocket's settings page > Dashboard
  4. See that the Used CSS button is not missing

Expected behavior
The Used CSS button should be present as it was in previous versions

Seems like it's a regression from this PR:
#7215
