Brief description of your issue

I enabled all options to hide System Informer (minimize, close, start), but it remains in the taskbar, as if the tray icon is not even registering.
I checked the Windows settings and there's no System Monitor entry in the Other Icons options

Steps to reproduce (optional)

  1. Open System Informer
  2. Enable hide options
  3. Minimize
  4. App stays in the taskbar, no icon in the tray

Expected behavior (optional)

No response

Actual behavior (optional)

No response

Environment (optional)

System Informer 3.2.25024.1819 (b4e245dd) Canary
Windows 11 24H2 (build 26100.2894)
Customized with Atlas Playbook v0.4.1

I'm quite sure there's something wrong with my system. Or maybe System Informer configuration was corrupted in some way? Could you help me debug it?
At first, I was thinking that maybe Atlas did something to the OS, but then again, on my other laptop, which also runs Atlas, System Informer works just fine

The system information window always behaved as a normal window, without any tray options. What is expected to be shown in tray for this window?
Setting for hiding in tray applied to main window only, not to any descendants (like Options window or About window).
So this behavior is "as planned", and there is nothing wrong with your OS.
Or what do you mean under "System Monitor"? There is no window with this name, The product is "System Informer", and short overview about all resources is called "System information".

In fact I'm talking about the main window, it's not hiding.
Where did you read Options or About window, I also never wrote "System information"...bruh

You need at least one tray icon enabled using the main window > View > Tray icons options

You're right! I never noticed such a menu before
However, is it normal to have no option enabled on a fresh install of the software? Shouldn't the CPU graph be enabled by default?
