Tested Another Browser: Yes Chrome

Problem type: Site is not usable
Description: Problems with Captcha
Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Enable strict ETP or private browsing
  2. Go to https://www.bloomberg.com/tosv2.html

Expected result: The CAPTCHA loads.

Actual result: The CAPTCHA does not load.

More info: This seems to be caused by Disconnect blocking captcha.px-cdn.net. See disconnectme/disconnect-tracking-protection#385.

Thanks for the report. I was able to reproduce the issue with Enhanced Tracking Protection set to Strict, but not with it set to Standard.

Until the issue is resolved, you can work around it by setting Enhanced Tracking Protection to Standard.
