Resource view - show topologies filters in bottom-left corner

Topology filters in the bottom-left corner are not displayed in the resource view, but we would probably be interested in the same sort of filters there, like they are in the graph and table view. The difference is that the resource view displays multiple topologies, so the challenge is to combine all those per-topology filters to something meaningful on the whole resource view level.
