Output individual affiliations even if it's not a match #350

Similar to #322

In cases where there's not an affiliation match, it would help to have ready access to a full list of existing affiliations for this individual. Here the user has an affiliation with Dartmouth College as opposed to Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth. Obviously, this is the same school. Scopus just choose to split them.

Example: cwid = asl4003 and pmid = 21198193

Change my mind. This can be done in a different way.
