Hi there!

First of all, big big thanks for this package ... I always missed this feature, thanks.

I don't know ST nor this package guts but i know python. It's possible to support setext style? If used with current version, a lot of "==" and "--" are seen but no text. After switching to atx style all is gorgeous.

If possible, can you lead me where to develop it so I can try to help?

Woops sorry for bother, I was too fast sending the issue.

It's a sublime limitation, see here
