service-worker-src directive

Service workers are much more powerful than regular web workers. It would be nice if we could apply a restrictive policy to service workers specifically without that affecting other kinds of web worker, especially given that we have very limited ways to restrict workers.

I have to imagine this has been discussed before, but I couldn't find anything about it.
