Copied from w3c/wcag#2785

There's a broken link in the APG Color Viewer Slider Example page.

The example Horizontal Multi-Thumb Slider Example links to -> https://www.w3.org/WAI/ARIA/apg/example-index/slider/multithumb-slider. The "multithumb-slider" should be "slider-multithumb".

The correct URL should be -> https://www.w3.org/WAI/ARIA/apg/example-index/slider/slider-multithumb

A fix for this is included in #2417. This will land in production in early December.

Replace aria-practices.html with a new content tree and move examples into the patterns branch of the tree #2417
