SSL Certificate Infinitely Generating #6978

I've added "api2.wornoffkeys.com" and my SSL cert generated almost instantly like it usually does. But my main domain's SSL cert is still generating. My entire website is down because of this. |

Summary
I visited my website and I got a certificate error saying that my website wasn't secure, obviously not good.
I checked my Vercel deployment and my domain name wornoffkeys.com was generating an SSL certificate. I came back half an hour later and it was still generating.
I checked today and it was still generating, so I deleted my domain from Vercel and the records in AWS and set up everything from scratch. Subdomains such as www are working fine, but the root domain of wornoffkeys.com is infinitely generating an SSL certificate even after hours of waiting.
The best part is I haven't touched this website or deployment in months, so no idea what why this is happening all of a sudden.
How can I fix this?

Steps to Reproduce
This is an image of what I see.
I deleted the domain on the project level and in my account domain settings. I then deleted the www subdomain and the main domain records in AWS.
After that I set up everything again. It gave me the A and CNAME record values to paste into AWS. After doing so it instantly detected www and when just using that subdomain with no redirecting it loads the site fine with SSL. However the SSL certificate for the main domain of wornoffkeys.com will not generate.
