App linking to profile not working when user has a pin

My application allows users to let people share their Venmo account. This functionality works great and users are brought to the profile view in the Venmo app, unless the user has a PIN. When the user has a PIN and they select the Venmo user from our app, they are brought to the Venmo app and they put in their pin and are taken to a blank blue screen. Thanks!
