Hi, now I am using RF2NA to model a protein-RNA complex, which contains phosphorylated amino acids (such as phosphothreonine). I was wondering if there is any way to distinguish these phosphorylated amino acids from their original amino acid. Should I use special letters for these phosphorylated amino acids, or there are other ways to mark these amino acids?
Thank you so much!
