What are the minimum hardware specs to run RoseTTAFold2NA? I ran out of space on my 2TB NVME setting up the database dependencies (bfd is certainly an appropriate name), so I want to make sure I will be able to run the pipeline before ordering a larger drive.

My workstation:

Ryzen 9 7950X
64GB DDR5 RAM
4070ti Super 16gb VRAM

If these are adequate, would a 4TB drive provide enough space for the unpacked databases and intermediate files?

For me running on AWS EC2 instance 3TiB was sufficient.

Why is the NT database said to require 150+ GB, is it an older version? The compressed package I downloaded is over 600 GB.
