Hello, I am new to the field and have a potentially basic question. I would like to know if a group of antibodies bind to a particular DNA sequence. Is RoseTTAFold2NA able to model antibody structure if I provide sequences for the heavy and light chains? Thank you.

I think it is possible to test it out. You have a Heavy+Light Chain antibody structure, and you want to test out whether it will bind to the DNA sequence. I might try it out if you are curious about how RF2NA will perform for your particular case.
