One of the links to an external blog on the "Instructional Videos, Presentations, and Blogs" page is currently broken. The blog is titled "Blog: Innovating Security Compliance Through Open Standards". When clicked on, it directs user to the destination website where the page displays a "page not found" error message. This suggests that the blog post might have been deleted or moved, resulting in a broken link.

To resolve this issue, I recommend to either:

• Locate the updated URL for the blog post and update the link on the website accordingly
• Or, if the blog has been deleted and cannot be found, remove the broken link from the page to prevent users from encountering this error
