The hotkeys to do this are listed here: #1079

It would be nice to have a button on the gui to do this as well.

Perhaps this could be extended for a separate "real response" and "preview" tab, kind of like Chrome devtools, where one shows the raw source (minified/etc as appopriate) and the other would display the pretty view (with pretty-printed/collapsible json, etc)

In addition to collapse/uncollapse button, a Preferences would be nice. I always want to see the collapsed response.
