Description

Add an 'sppint' and 'lndpint' option to allow users to keep the stochastic physics pattern fixed for a given number of seconds when running with SPP or LNDP stochastic physics.

Solution

Variables and namelist options 'sppint' and 'lndpint' were added to the stochastic_physics submodule repo.
