Update regression tests (suite definition file) for regional tests #121

The suite definition file FV3/ccpp/suites/suite_FV3_GFS_2017_gfdlmp_regional.xml used by the following tests is different with the version used by the regional group. Updating the SDF means turning on the fast physics saturation adjustment, using the 2015 ozone physics instead of the deprecated 2006 ozone physics, and turning on the stratospheric h2o parameterization.

This will change the results of the following regression tests:

It will also require updating the run scripts for these tests to copy the correct input files for the o3 and h2o physics.
