Test SRW app with new OS on Jet (Rocky 8)

Description

Jet is also switching to Rocky OS from CentOS.
There are 4 login nodes with new OS:
fe1 - fe4 Jet front end node (CentOS)
fe5 - fe8 Jet Rocky 8 head node

spack-stack libraries installed under /mnt/lfs4/HFIP/hfv3gfs/role.epic/spack-stack:

Solution

Login to one of fe5-fe8 nodes,
checkout SRW app,
change paths in build_jet_intel.lua
build
run some tests
report any bugs

Acceptance Criteria (Definition of Done)

Once it pass tests.

SRW compiled on Jet/Rocky OS (with changes in modulefiles/build_jet_intel.lua) and build all executables.
Running SRW: There are issues with access to rstprod files and running larger jobs (model). Debugging now.
