IPD and CCPP test comparison and drop IPD test in S2S RT

After the CCPP RT tests are committed to s2s, there will be a code clean up to get rid of the extra three sets of RT tests: IPD prod, IPD repro, CCPP repro. We will have CCPP PROD tests and CCPP debug mode test.

In s2s PR #64, three sets of RT tests are added: IPD REPRO, CCPP REPRO, and CCPP PROD. Three baselines (IPD PROD, IPD REPRO and CCPP PROD). IPD and CCPP reproduce each other in REPRO mode, log files are committed in PR #64.

8 CCPP PROD cases of 35 days run are running on hera.

At 4/7/2020 s2s code commits meeting, Jiande and Lydia presented evaluation for sst and atm fields. The conclusion is: there is no indication of systematic differences between the two sets of runs.

So the next three items are:

1. Set up 35 day benchmark run with CCPP capability in s2s RT
2. enable CCPP debug test
3. clean up, drop IPD test, CCPP REPRO test
