Blank block

As a user, I would like an easier way to navigate through block stacks / I would like an easier way to organize my block stacks.

A simple blank blank may prove useful to help separate sections of code, possibly with the ability to label.

Predicted Issues / Questions:

• Adding more blocks to the stack will further increase the size of the stack, making it more difficult to scroll through the stack.
• Will a blank block confuse users when seeing it inside the toolbar/workspace?
• Do the blank blocks need to have text available for label, or does this job seem to already be handled by a comment block?
• Does this block fit into any existing categories?
• Does the color of the block fit into our color typing system?
• Does this block need to generate blank code to reflect its use as a block into the stacks translation as code?
