Resolve issue with secrets.bin file

When using XCreds command line it's necessary to restart after removing the file secrets.bin. It may be good to make a command line feature that should be used to do this so it can also restart the process.

added warning message to restart. it would be good to re-read the user database, but that would take some refactoring. waiting for customer feedback on RFID UID usage.
