Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Add below parameter in the table gcp_kubernetes_cluster

node_config -> shieldedInstanceConfig -> EnableSecureBoot

Note: This is required to check if Secure Boot is enabled for shielded GKE node in GCP Kubernetes cluster.
