reg-creds で登録した creds があっても、再認証が必要になることがある。
再認証するためのコマンドを作りたいのと、失敗したときに再認証を促すためのメッセージを出したい。

reg-creds の後に引数をつけなかったら更新と判断するとかは、やったらできそう
