Error in installing trilinos-catalyst-ioss-adapter by spack: py-pillow requires python version 3.5:, but spec asked for 2.7.16

Hello, I'm trying to install paraview (one of dependencies of nalu-wind https://github.com/Exawind/nalu-wind) using the spack package manager which needs trilinos-catalyst-ioss-adapter%gcc to be installed.
But I met following errors:

py-pillow requires python version 3.5:, but spec asked for 2.7.16

Also, errors given in the nalu-wind installation script:

Hello, I wrote the trilinos-catalyst-ioss-adapter package in Spack. This is mostly due to #5386 . The adapter is essentially broken in until it is updated to Python 3 in my opinion.
