Panzer: MPI communicator problem with auxiliary data

When setting Dirichlet boundary conditions for auxiliary fields (e.g. pressure laplacian needed for certain preconditioners) the MPI comm object is screwed up and makes the software hang before finishing and writing the TimeMonitor information.

To reproduce the problem you can use the following input file
mhd-generator-small-teko.txt
Commenting out lines 545 to 567 in that input file solves the MPI problem (but is problematic for the solvers, of course).

It seems that the communicator is somewhere screwed up when setting up different EpetraLinearObjFactory objects different than the main BlockedEpetraLinearObjFactory in panzer.
