I tried to verify that the test changes in PR #12678 would have caught the issue in #12661.

  • It seems that this combination of container and block relaxation is not hooked up in the solver factory.
  • I tried to set up a test case using a block CRS matrix the preconditioner setup crashed due to an out-of-bounds error in a view:
    View bounds error of view btdm.A_colindsub ( 6 < 5 )
    
    My guess is that I passed in bad inputs somehow, but I guess this means that there is a gap in the input validation.
