Demonstrating TomEE + Metrics

TomEE + Metrics is commercial Tomitribe offering, so we can probably show it, but we'll need to be a little careful and focus on demonstrating the stuff we can do in the open source world on vanilla TomEE 7.

However, we could offer a sneaky view of TomEE + Metrics, if people are looking for something right now and we could talk about how it might line up with metrics in MicroProfile.
