Is this being maintained?

I’ve produced a ruby wrapper around the v3 API. https://github.com/tomharvey/pwinty3-rb

And, I've taken over ownership of the Pwinty gem at https://rubygems.org/gems/pwinty

Would it be good to direct people there in the README?
