Feature tour / overlay introduction

What it does?

On first sign in overlay feature tour, many open packages for this. Also offer video/GIF guide
as some people prefer that and easy to share on social media etc.

Example

See library options listed at stackoverflow

Also maybe take inspiration from OSM iD editor:

  1. Sign-up flow takes you past an intro page
