The documentation currently says this gem is only supported up to ruby 1.9.3, and has instructions for a "Rails 3" app.

It would be great if this officially supported Ruby 2.0.0+ and Rails 4. As part of this feature, the Travis configuration would test this against ruby 2.0.0+ versions

Hey Dan,

the Travis configuration already tests against 2.0.0 and 2.1.0 and i don't see any reason why Rails 4 would not work. Updated the docs, thanks for pointing that out...

@tobmatth missed that in the travis CI build, looks like it does run it against ruby 2.0 +. Thanks for updating the readme
