Bug Report

1. Describe the bug

Cannot re-download 3rd binaries after make clean.

2. Minimal reproduce step (Required)

  1. make prepare_test_binaries.
  2. make clean
  3. make prepare_test_binaries

3. What did you see instead (Required)

The 3rd binaries are not existed.

4. What did you expect to see? (Required)

The 3rd binaries are re-downloaed.

5. What is your migration tool and TiKV version? (Required)

  • TiKV: n/a
  • TiKV CDC: master
  • TiKV BR: n/a
  • TiKV Online Bulk Load: n/a
