Documentation doesn't have POST examples

Trying to make pacto validate post requests, but not able to find any examples, samples to do POST request.

@srikanthNutigattu The problem may have been #138, which I just fixed. The current release (0.3.1) still has a lot of limitations, but I'm hoping to release 0.4.0 soon that closes most of the gaps and makes Pacto pretty powerful.

There are some samples on github in the samples folder, and I've been working on #133 - "New documentation for v0.4.0 release" for the documentation I've been working on. If you give me some more details on exactly what kind of sample you wanted to see, I'll try to include it in the new docs.
