Полагаю, бот будет задавать вопросы по команде (например, /ask).
Генерировать вопросы по логу чатика мне кажется не самой удачной идеей, пусть у бота уже будет какой-то пул вопросов (или корпус текстов, из которых эти вопросы будут генерироваться).
