On Tchap, we want to enable the new AppLayout from Element, with the following 2 specificities :

Enabling the filters by default (shown by default)
Removing the access to the Spaces (not enabled yet in Tchap)
Plug-in the Tchap room creation workflow
Plug-in the Tchap forums access
Restore Invite by e-mail a new Tchap member
