i created an updated alive fork of live-server fork and i already npm , it already has the updated dependencies plus some new PR and new features

Seems that repository stops short of doing anything new and just updated dependencies which might be good enough for some.

There is no definitive fork that I can see, all are cherry picking for their purposes, but at least we have options :)
