Wrong link to Windows Installer script

On http://software-carpentry.org/v5/setup.html, under Windows, there is a link to the 'Software Carpentry Installer'. This points to https://raw.githubusercontent.com/swcarpentry/bc/master/setup/swc-windows-installer.py but that returns a 'Not found' error. The correct link seems to be https://github.com/swcarpentry/bc/blob/master/setup/windows-installer/swc-windows-installer.py

Pointed out to me by attendants of the Stockholm (Solna) bootcamp that starts tomorrow...

#488 merged a new path: http://files.software-carpentry.org/SWCarpentryInstaller.exe. Can you check this and let us know?
