I was gonna open up an issue on Tusky about local-only posting, but there seems to be a bit of a discrepancy going on, that i wasn't aware of: Namely, figuring out whether the server a mobile client is talking to supports local-only (and followers-only) posts

we should participate in whatever consensus building there needs to be happening to get this advertisement standardized.
