We actually forked this repo for our purposes at Sublime Security, but it's fairly straightforward to change the version.
If you want Python:

• 3.7: look at where we forked from https://github.com/go-python/cpy3.
• 3.9: you can point to fb53c94
• 3.10: main of this repository

For other versions, you can fork either repository and change the versions and compile. Here's an example of what it looked like when we went from Python 3.9 to Python 3.10: #3.
