Opened storacha/w3up#1425 to replace store/add with blob/add.

I think the work you're doing in storacha/w3up#1425 is the whole thing unless I'm missing something. Once that lands client will start using blob/* protocol as opposed to store/* protocol. After that is fully rolled out we'll probably deprecated store/*
