If you use the Eclipse IDE with the CDT installed to edit this code, please
realize that Eclipse does not auto-build the project.  You'll need to keep
a terminal window open to run Make as you work.  If you want to fix that,
please feel free, but please try to make sure that folks who choose not to use
Eclipse aren't left out if it's something you'll be checking into svn!

You'll also need to set up a couple of things to define the cc65 include path
and define some cc65 symbols, to keep Eclipse from flagging errors and warnings
that aren't really there.

CDT stores its configuration in a file named ".cproject".  This file is set to
be ignored by SVN, because it typically contains absolute pathnames that will
vary from system to system, depending on where you have installed cc65.

There is, however, a file included called "dot-cproject".  Copy (don't rename,
just copy) it to ".cproject".

If you are using a Debian/Ubuntu/Mint Linux system and the cc65 .deb package
available from http://www.dizzydragon.net/svn/cc65rpc8/BinaryPackages/ , then
you're done.

Otherwise, you'll need to set the path to the cc65 include directory.  To do
this:

1. Don't forget to copy "dot-cproject" to ".cproject" if you have not already
    done so.  You may have to restart Eclipse to get it to pick up the settings.
2. Right-click on the CC65-RPC8 project, and select "Properties".
3. Under "C/C++ General", select "Paths and Symbols".
4. Click on the "Includes" tab.
5. Select "GNU C".
6. You'll see an include path "/usr/lib/cc65/include".  Select it, press the
    Edit button, and change it to point at your cc65 include directory.
7. If it asks you if you want to rebuild the index, select OK.
8. Press "Apply".
9. Select the "Symbols" tab, and then select "GNU C".
10. Make sure that "__AX__" and <FIXME: insert more symbols here> are defined.
11. If it asks you if you want to rebuild the index, select OK.
12. Press Apply, then close the window.

The code will still compile just fine if you don't do any of this, but the
Eclipse code verifier will be annoying.
