Add a separate custom message for mobile users

This plugin is great, but the custom message I wrote is too large for some older/smaller mobile devices and takes up the whole screen, making the popup impossible to close and the website inaccessible. I could make the message shorter... but I don't want to.

I would still like mobile users to see something though, because instead of simply alerting the user that they don't have an ad blocker, I'm also using it to recommend different web browsers. Would it be possible to implement a second custom message box that is specifically for mobile devices?
