Bug 1: Your territorial distinctiveness will be returned upon reception. Compliance is Futile.

File is events/FederationIncidents_GoldIsland.txt:100
Event goldisland.2 asks the current owner of the gold island to return the unlawful territory.
Option .2.a is supposed to comply and return this to someone (probably the original owner), however, because the event_target used is the current owner, this only leads to the funny but useless result of taking the province and core away and instantly return it. (same with add_treasury -500/+500)
a few months later the same request repeats until the province is somehow gotten rid of...

Bug 2: Do we fight? No? Man... the waiting is killing me...

if the other option .2.b is taken and the demand is refused a crisis starts in which leader and offender vie for support until they have a standoff and compare their numbers (i assume total armysize) giving the option to yield.
i have now braved 10 weird years after i told the federation leader he can kiss my behind and he has yet to decide wether he wants to yield or not... code doesnt seem to be wrong, but im not clear what the REB token means. (found several times in the events .9 & .10)
followup-events never fire as far as i can tell
the federation leader has also changed several times in that timespan because i kept diplovassalizing the previous leaders.

Could you attach the save? Seems like you've hit on some sort of edge case where the country or flag isn't set correctly which breaks the event chain.

Zurkanrek1569_02_18.zip
Save is some years after i wrote this, but the situation persists.
Also keep in mind its 1.30.5
As i just found out, 1.30.6 is mean to mods and savefiles.
