org.eclipse.jdt.core.prefs generated by "Refresh Gradle Project" is using eclipse default compiler compliance level, It should use sourceCompatibility in build.gradle

It use 1.8 even I changed eclipse compiler compliance level to 11.

The compiler compliance specified is 1.8 but a JRE 11 is used
