#The project
We build an ecosystem which unlocks the P2P electric vehicle charging infrastructure development.
We use the blockchain to produce the user and charging point certificates in a decentralized way, removing the need of an admin player. This agile process opens the path to the uberization of the charging point operation and wider and quicker deployment of the charging infrastructure. Indeed, thanks to the distributed ledger technology, Werenode's framework allows new charging operators to join the network very easily.

#The blockchain
Tezos is our chosen blockchain technology because it was first to implement the proof of stake algorithm to reward baking (mining). Thanks to this, it is THE green blockchain with one of the lowest cost of transactions (less than 0,001 XTZ). Furthermore, Tezos smart contracts fiability can be formally verified. Even complex contracts are simple to design thanks to our partner Edukera’s Archetype dedicated language.

#Our assets
We have developped our App (Android and iOS, currently on open test), our EVSE (electric vehicle supply equipement) manager server and our dedicated smart contracts (EVSE ledger and Werecoin token).

• Benoît Maïsseu – CEO: Formerly General Manager of electric vehicle strategy for RenaultNissanMitsubishi.
• Nadiya Khokhryakova – Chairwoman: PhD, entrepreneur and innovation consultant.
• François Chiron – CIO: expert in cybersecurity, AI and IoT. He has previously developed a start-up for micropayment by phone solution.
• François Colet – CTO: expert in EV charging, a serial innovator author of numerous patents, and one of the main drafters of the ISO15118 standard.
• Benoit Rognier – CBO: Co-founder of the company Edukera and has developed the Archetype language for the development of Tezos smart contracts.
• Gaetan Cadéro – COO: in charge of reducing CO2 emissions for Lafarge from 2007 to 2012 and Vice-President Supply Chain group from 2012 to 2017.
