Upload PAM50 registered labels fot this dataset

Hello team,

I have PAM50 registered labels currently in a private google drive data-multi-subject_PAM50_seg.zip that are used to train the model for TotalSegmentatorMRI project.
How can I upload those labels to this repo?

Hi Yehuda!

I guess they should go under the derivatives/ folder, either in the existing derivatives/labels/, or in a new subfolder. Once we've decided where they should go, either:

• If you want to do it yourself (especially if you think you'll make more contributions in the future), we'll have to make sure you have write access to the GitHub repository, and write access to the Amazon S3 bucket. Then, we could walk you through the commands you need to run to upload the files. EDIT: it looks like this kind of access is currently limited to only NeuroPoly lab members, so I guess this option doesn't apply.
• Alternatively, I can put in an access request for the ZIP file you linked, and once you accept it, I can do the upload myself. But this might take 1-2 weeks, since I'm currently busy with the next release of SCT.

Thank you for your prompt response! I believe the second option is excellent. There is no urgency in uploading the data; please proceed whenever it is convenient for you. Kindly inform me once you have submitted the requests so that I can approve them.

Hi @yw7, I just submitted an access request for the two zip files, using my work email address: [email protected]. Let me know once they're accepted, and I'll proceed with the uploads to data-{single,multi}-subject. Cheers!
