I've mostly put the release off because I haven't had the time and energy to write an upgrade guide. :/

I'll bump it up on my todo list.

I am eager for a Viper 1.20.0 release because I generally want to reduce the number of modules that get pulled in as indirect dependencies through Viper and I noticed that the go.opencensus.io module has an expired TLS certificate. I am hoping that the 1.20.0 release will solve the problem with the expired certificate by letting me avoid having go.opencensus.io as an indirect dependency.
