The current minimum version:

@stscieisenhamer @alphasentaurii what version is needed here? Also, it seems worth adding some description of setting CRDS_CONTEXT to jwst-latest (or whatever is recommended) for the README section describing running regression tests:

To use the data-release-style changes, the minimum should be set to the current patch release of crds, version 12.0.3.
