Missing tests [explained]

The automated script was partially successful at extracting test data from each package.

Only packages with tests inside the package were ported. Any tests outside of the package were left behind.

Ported:

    tests/
        __init__.py

Not ported:

top-level/
    package/
        __init__.py
    tests/
        __init__.py
    setup.py
