Changelog generation includes all categories of commits.

We'd like to include only a specific set of categories.

Additionally we want to define how we relate to commits done by dependabot etc. Regarding this, dependabot commits can be flagged asdeps or chore(x), and these commits can be in their own category or ignored altogether.
